Unlike typical machine operator roles which are often in noisy, dark, or less-than-ideal environments with uncomfortable temperatures the Thales facility in Montgomery is quite the opposite.

Thales facility offers a clean, bright, and modern workspace with strictly controlled temperatures to ensure comfort year-round. This is a common point of positive feedback from candidates after they visit: they're impressed by how clean and well-lit the environment is, making the day-to-day experience much more enjoyable compared to similar roles elsewhere.
