We're seeking reliable Machine Operators to join our 1st shift team. This role is responsible for operating, setting up, adjusting, and cleaning production equipment while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production equipment
Set up, adjust, and calibrate machines
Perform product changeovers and equipment setups
Make production-related machine adjustments
Conduct quality checks throughout production
Rework materials to reduce waste
Coordinate return of unused materials with Warehouse staff
Clean and sanitize equipment according to HACCP standards
Qualifications
Machine operation experience preferred
Food safety/HACCP knowledge a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
