Overview:

Hiring Machine Operators / General Utility employees to support production operations. This is a full-time union role offering strong pay progression, benefits, and long-term stability.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and packaging machines.
• Load materials and supplies onto production lines.
• Inspect products for quality and packaging defects.
• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and cleaning.
• Monitor equipment and report any issues to supervisors.
• Move materials and finished products as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all production, quality, and safety procedures.
• Perform general labor duties and assist with other production tasks as assigned.

Pay & Schedule:

• Starting rate: $16.25 or 16.75/hour
• Annual increases of $1.00/hour, up to $20.50/hour
• 40-hour work week with mandatory overtime
