At Danone, Manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for our plant teams. We are currently looking to hire a Night Machine Operator based in Fort Worth!
In this role, you will be responsible for:
You are willing and able to perform all jobs in the Production Business Unit (filling and packaging).
Unless otherwise directed by management, machine operators will rotate among themselves and be responsible for the designated line.
You will be responsible for minor repairs and adjustments
You will assist in training of operators
You will consult with management in developing, improving, and modifying standard operating procedures (SOP's) and training manuals
You will work in conjunction with maintenance on maintenance and preventive maintenance functions within business units
You will help in establishment of equipment set points
You will appropriate bargaining unit duties as assigned
