Machine Operator

Job Description: Machine Operators are responsible for operating and monitoring machines used in the production of drug delivery devices. This role requires a blend of technical skill and precision to ensure smooth and efficient operation of production machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery used in the manufacturing process according to operating manuals and company guidelines.
• Monitor equipment to ensure it operates properly and adjust settings as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine problems.
• Record production data such as quantity, weight, size, and type.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machine operation is a plus.
• Proven experience as a machine operator.
• Knowledge of production procedures and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read blueprints and production documents.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality and safety.
