What You'll Do as a Machine Operator:- Operate production machines safely and efficiently
- Read blueprints and follow standard work instructions and training guides
- Use various hand tools to complete production tasks
- Follow build boards and Kanban system requirements
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality and report defects or inconsistencies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and positive work environment
- Support company quality, safety, and production goals
What You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator Role:- High school diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing or related experience preferred
- Basic computer skills, including Windows, email, and internet use
- Ability to read blueprints and follow written work instructions
- Strong math, reading, communication, and visualization skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds, carry up to 50 pounds, and push/pull up to 100 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs as needed
