Job Description
Associated Staffing is hiring an
experienced Machine Operator for a manufacturing company in Hastings, NE! This full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule, competitive pay and excellent benefits upon permanent hire.
As a Machine Operator, you will operate machining equipment to produce precision parts according to blueprints and specifications. We're looking for a mechanically inclined individual with CNC and milling machine experience who can accurately measure parts, maintain quality standards and contribute to daily production operations.
Job Responsibilities
Set up and operate machining equipment to manufacture parts according to specifications.
Operate CNC machines and milling equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and machining instructions.
Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and ensure product quality.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed.
Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
Assist with additional manufacturing and production duties as assigned.
Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
Follow established safety procedures and production standards.
Qualifications
Previous CNC machining and milling machine experience required.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Experience using precision measuring tools and equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Steel-toed boots are required.

Additional Information
Selected candidates will attend orientation at the company's HR office on Tuesday at either 8: 15 AM or 1: 30 PM before reporting to the manufacturing facility to begin work.
