About the Role

Aerotek is seeking experienced Machine Operators to support production operations within a growing flexible packaging manufacturing facility. This position involves operating converting and production equipment, monitoring machine performance, performing quality inspections, and ensuring production goals are met safely and efficiently. What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor converting, cutting, and production equipment used in the manufacturing process
• Load raw materials into machines according to production schedules and work orders
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues and communicate larger equipment problems to maintenance or supervision
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications and company standards
• Weigh, package, box, and prepare finished products for shipment or further processing
• Accurately document production counts, weights, and other required production data
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work with production teams to consistently meet daily output and quality goals

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience operating, loading, monitoring, or troubleshooting production equipment
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout an entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 35-50 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to read and follow work orders, production instructions, and safety procedures
• Basic math skills for weighing, counting, and documenting production information
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holbrook, MA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
