Position Overview

Our client, a stable, established, and growing company in Hatfield, PA, has an immediate opening for a dependable and motivated 2nd Shift Machine Operator.

The ideal candidate will have previous machine operating experience, preferably in packaging or manufacturing. Candidates must be reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

• Pay: $19.00–$21.00 per hour

• Shift: 2nd shift, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

• Location: Hatfield, PA

Responsibilities

• Set up machines accurately and verify that equipment is ready to begin and complete production cycles.

• Monitor equipment and make adjustments as needed to maintain proper operation.

• Operate machinery efficiently to meet daily production requirements and company performance goals.

• Perform quality checks and maintain accurate records to ensure products meet customer and company standards.

• Assist with packing cartons of finished products.

• Perform basic machine maintenance and repairs as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards by cleaning machines and keeping the production area organized.

• Complete work orders and production paperwork neatly and accurately.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• At least one year of previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Experience with fill lines or packaging equipment preferred, but not required.

• Ability to read, understand, and record information in English.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.

• Ability to stand, walk, twist, and turn frequently throughout the shift.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
