Job Summary
Entry-level machine operator position in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. The role involves operating and setting up various manufacturing machines, performing basic adjustments and maintenance, inspecting finished products, and following established quality and safety procedures.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Operate various manufacturing machines and equipment.
Set up machines and perform basic adjustments.
Perform basic machine maintenance and equipment checks.
Inspect finished products using measuring tools to verify size and quality.
Report machine problems or abnormalities.
Follow standard work instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
Support manufacturing activities including assembly, processing, packaging, shipping, receiving, inventory, and storage.
Monitor materials and maintain inventory accuracy.
Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) material handling procedures.
Work with chemical solutions such as acid, alcohol, and detergent.
Complete daily paper and electronic batch records.
Perform quality checks and ensure accurate system documentation.
Learn and follow established equipment operating procedures.
