Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to set up, maintain, and operate machinery. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production of extruded products according to specifications while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and adjust extrusion machinery parameters to ensure proper specifications are met.
• Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to optimize product quality and output.
• Perform regular maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machinery, quality, or safety promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections on products to ensure they meet required standards.
• Keep accurate records of production data, including material usage, downtime, and product output.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and targets.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant experience preferred.
• Proven experience as an Extrusion Operator or similar role in manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Familiarity with extrusion machinery and processes.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with specific types of extrusion equipment (e.g., single screw, twin screw).
• Knowledge of polymer materials and their properties.
