Machine Operator

Available Shifts:

• Second Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday

• Third Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate machines and process products to meet all quality requirements as a skilled machine operator.

• Understand and follow safety rules and practices to ensure the safety of self and others.

• Review and follow written instructions, work procedures, safety procedures, and requirements.

• Assist area team members in ensuring operational procedures are maintained according to company standards.

• Monitor and inspect equipment, materials, and products.

• Identify and resolve problems in processes or equipment.

• Ability to train and qualify on all Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs).

• Listen to others, ask questions, and explain and share information with the team to solve problems.

• Review, interpret, and enter data on paper and computers.

• Use and clean machines, equipment, and tools.

• Complete tasks requiring manual work and physical effort, including lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, bending, stooping, crawling, and walking or standing for most of the shift.

• Work in environments that may not be climate-controlled, including hot or cold conditions and dusty or dirty work areas.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Completion of the OSHA Respirator Exam and medical clearance meeting the required criteria through Concentra.

• Completion of the Mobile Equipment Operator Exam and medical clearance meeting the required criteria through Concentra.

• Manufacturing experience, machine operator experience, or relevant military experience preferred.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, preferred.

• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
