Location: Saint Paul, MN 55105

Pay: $18–$24 per hour, depending on assignment, experience and shift

Schedule: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts

Interviews are held at our office at 1272 Grand Ave, Saint Paul, MN 55105. Worksite locations and available shifts vary by assignment and will be discussed during screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery according to work instructions.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products.
• Inspect parts for defects and verify quality using measuring tools as required.
• Make basic machine adjustments after training and within authorized procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance and report jams, malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Record production quantities and quality-check results.
• Package or stage finished products for the next production step.
• Maintain a clean workstation and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is preferred; some assignments offer training.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow written instructions and production procedures.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using hand tools or measuring tools is helpful.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or with a team.
• Ability to perform the assignment’s physical duties, with or without reasonable accommodation. Specific requirements will be discussed during screening.

Available Shifts

• 1st shift: Daytime
• 2nd shift: Afternoon/evening
• 3rd shift: Overnight
