Direct Hire Production Associate - 2nd and 3rd shifts. $19.50 an hour. Shift

ResourceMFG is hiring Machine Operators in a manufacturing facility in Nashville, TN. We are seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals who are looking for stable, full-time employment with overtime opportunities.
Schedule
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
- 3rd Shift 11:00 pm to 7:30 am
- Overtime available
- Occasional Saturdays required
Job Duties
- Work on a food production line
- Operating various machines
- Fill containers and perform quality inspections
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all food safety and company policies
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Steel-toe shoes required
- Must pass a comprehensive pre-employment assessment
- No jewelry, artificial eyelashes, or artificial nails permitted in the production area
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- High School diploma
