Looking for a solid manufacturing opportunity with great pay and consistent hours? We’re hiring experienced Machine Operators in Norway, IA.

If you’re comfortable running production equipment, troubleshooting issues, and using computers as part of your job, this could be a great fit.
Available Shifts

• 
  1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
  
• 
  2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM–11:30 PM
  
• 
  3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 11:30 PM–7:30 AM
  

What You’ll Do

• 
  Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery
  
• 
  Use computerized systems to control equipment and enter production information
  
• 
  Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and keep production moving
  
• 
  Perform quality checks and monitor product standards
  
• 
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  
• 
  Follow production, quality, and safety procedures
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  Previous machine operating experience required
  
• 
  Strong computer skills required
  
• 
  Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  
• 
  Dependable attendance and strong attention to detail
  
• 
  Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
  
• 
  Safety-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
