Hire Dynamics is searching for a Trim Operator for a facility in Stanley, NC.
Fabricating and assembling metal panels according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Shift/Pay:
- 1st shift 8am-5pm
- Mon-Fri
- Pay $18

Responsibilities for shipping and receiving include:
- Extrusion/Roll Forming Standing Seam roof panels
- Operator Sheer or Break
- Cut and fabricate sheet metal roof trims
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous fabrication experience is required
- CNC operation/set up experience is a plus
- Understanding of mechanical principles and how machines work
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Experience with fabrication or related field is preferred
- Ability to work accurately and precisely
- Strong understand of metal fabrication processes, machinery, and tools.
