Manufacturing Worker
Location: San Diego, CA
Pay Rate: $18.50 $19.00/hr
Schedule: 6:30 AM 3:00 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Manufacturing Workers to join our production team in San Diego, CA. This position involves operating production machinery, inspecting materials, packaging finished products, and supporting daily manufacturing operations.
Job Responsibilities
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment.
Assist with machine setup and basic troubleshooting.
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
Stack materials on pallets and move products as needed.
Complete basic production paperwork.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow company safety procedures and production guidelines.
Assist with other general manufacturing duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred.
Basic mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
Basic math and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
