- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to use basic measurement tools and production equipment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift, move, or handle materials as required.

- Remove waste and properly handle materials, tools, and finished products.
- Identify opportunities to reduce downtime, improve efficiency, and prevent defects.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance personnel, quality staff, and other team members.
- Demonstrate correct workplace behaviors, including dependability, punctuality, accountability, teamwork, respect, and a willingness to follow direction.
- Participate in training, safety meetings, continuous improvement activities, and team initiatives.
