Manufacturing Technician Job Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play an essential role in daily production operations by:

• Operating manufacturing and production equipment according to established procedures
• Running and monitoring machines to ensure quality output
• Working with slitter and folder machines (machine operating experience is a plus)
• Inspecting products to meet quality standards
• Following all workplace safety procedures and company policies
• Standing, walking, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Working as part of a team to achieve production goals
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Following detailed instructions and production schedules
• Demonstrating strong attendance, reliability, and professionalism

Schedule

This position requires employees to work a rotating 12-hour schedule on a 2-2-3 shift pattern.

Shift Hours

• Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM

Important

• Employees rotate between day and night shifts monthly
• Candidates must be comfortable working a rotating schedule
• This schedule is a required part of the position

Qualifications
To be successful in this Manufacturing Technician role, you should have:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong attendance and dependability record
• Ability to follow directions and standard operating procedures
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Previous machine operation experience preferred but not required

Pay & Benefits

• Starting pay: $21.00 per hour
• Pay increase to $22.00 per hour upon permanent hire
