Schedule of the Machine Operators:

1st Shift: 7am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday

2nd Shift:  3pm - 11pm Monday - Friday

3rd Shift: 11pm - 7:30am - Sunday - Thursday

4th Shift: 6am - 6pm Friday - Sunday or Monday

Duties of the Machine Operators:

• Machine Operator | $1,000 Sign-On Bonus After 90 Days (based on performance and attendance).
• Operate press, braid winding, lathe, and crimping machines to manufacture quality products.
• Read blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions; perform quality inspections; record production data; identify defects; and maintain inventory at workstations.
• Use hand tools, adjust machine settings, troubleshoot basic production issues, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Maintain accurate records and report safety concerns as needed.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Machine Operator experience preferred
• Ability to read tape measures and measuring devices
• Basic math, reading, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Must speak and understand English

Physical Requirements:

• Stand, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks
• Work independently or in a team setting
• Exposure to noise, dust, grease, and oils
• Reliable attendance required
