Machine Operators

Recruiting Solutions is actively hiring experienced Machine and Forklift Operators for multiple manufacturing clients throughout the Spartanburg area. We are currently seeking candidates with experience in:

• Robotic Welding
• Machine Operation
• Production Manufacturing
• Extrusion Operations
• Laminating Operations
• Coating Operations
• Injection Molding
• Sit-Down Forklift Operation
• Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operation

Responsibilites:

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently according to established procedures.
• Assemble, inspect, and package products in accordance with quality and production standards.
• Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines.
• Perform quality checks and accurately document production results.
• Monitor equipment and production processes to identify issues or abnormalities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Meet established production goals, deadlines, and quality requirements.
• Accurately complete production records, logs, and other required documentation.
• Handle raw materials, components, and finished products safely and efficiently.
• Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and applicable quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Perform additional manufacturing and production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work overtime as needed
• Sit down or stand up forklift experience preferred but not required
• Must have at least 18 months of stable work history in a previous role
