Position: Machine Programmer (CNC, Laser, Press Brake)

Pay: $25.00

Shift: 1st Shift | 6:30 AM–3:00 PM

Location: Byron Center, MI

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Machine Programmer (CNC, Laser, Press Brake) to start IMMEDIATELY at $25.00. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize CNC laser and press brake programs
• Build laser nests based on production schedules
• Troubleshoot programming issues with production teams and software support
• Review designs for cost-saving opportunities and quality standards
• Communicate potential production or deadline impacts effectively

Qualifications

• 1+ year of CNC laser and/or press brake programming experience
• Basic knowledge of G-Code and laser programming
• Familiarity with MetaMation ERP (Plex preferred)
• Manufacturing experience highly valued
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot, and communicate clearly
