Machining - Grinding - Machinist 3Rd Shift

We're looking for a skilled Machinist to set up and operate CNC equipment used to manufacture and repair critical aerospace components. This is a hands-on role where precision, quality, and attention to detail matter. If you take pride in producing accurate parts and working in a safety-focused environment, we'd like to hear from you.Shift: Primarily Monday-Friday (schedule flexibility required; days and hours may vary based on business needs, including weekends) | 10:30 PM-7:00 AMShift Differential: $2-$4/hour based on assigned workdaysSign-On Bonus: $1,000What You'll Do:

Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and grindersManufacture and repair precision aerospace components to tight tolerancesRead and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawingsSet up tooling, fixtures, and materialsInspect parts using micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, and other precision measuring toolsAdjust tooling, feeds, and speeds as needed to maintain quality standardsComplete required inspection and production documentationPerform routine machine maintenance and operate overhead cranes as neededMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work areaSupport continuous improvement and productivity initiatives

What We're Looking For:

CNC machining experience, preferably in aerospace or other regulated manufacturing environmentsAbility to read blueprints and interpret GD&TExperience using precision measuring and inspection toolsStrong math, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitudeAbility to work independently while maintaining quality standardsReliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focusedStrong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Bonus Qualifications:

Manual machining or component repair experienceCNC program editing experienceTrade school, technical training, or related certifications
