Job Overview:
They will be responsible for the accurate sortation of both incoming and outgoing mail. In addition, they will be responsible for performing scheduled mail runs to service department in and out boxes throughout the site. A successful candidate would be a responsible, detail-oriented and able to process information quickly and accurately. There will be quite a bit of walking daily and some lifting of small loads of 20 lbs or less. There is free parking in the Ascension garage.

Responsibilities

• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail accurately.
• Perform scheduled mail runs to department in/out boxes throughout the site.
• Handle shipping and receiving of products, supplies, and materials.
• Operate copiers, printers, scanners, postage machines, and other office equipment.
• Perform copying, scanning, printing, and basic document finishing tasks.
• Check convenience copiers for quality and clear basic paper jams.
• Distribute office supplies, mail, and completed documents to designated locations.
• Maintain daily logs, records, inventory, and supply levels.
• Respond to customer questions regarding job requests and status.
• Keep copier and office service areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Perform filing and other document-related duties as assigned.
• May travel between customer buildings as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous mailroom, office services, copy/print, or document services experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office and email.
• Good customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn and operate office equipment.
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on site requirements.
