Mail Inserting Operator. This is a
03 Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in

Pay Range: $20 - $21/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- We start the day turning on and calibrating equipment.
- Our day-to-day workload on the inserting machines is similar from one to the next.
- We then check in with the rest of the team to see if there are any priorities for the day and then get to work.
- The job of inserting requires loading of printed materials into a machine that will fold documents, insert them into an envelope.
- Seal the envelope and then it is the operator’s responsibility to load the sealed documents into a mail tray, apply a protective sleeve, and stack the loaded trays neatly on a skid.
- Each job sealed is then marked as ‘done’ within our system.
- At days end, the completed skids are shrink wrapped and prepared for our morning pick up, the following day.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Skills-We are concerned with quality over quantity
- Able to take direction
- Punctuality and reliability
- 1 years’ experience working in a mail production facility operating a mechanical inserter.
- Experience with USPS postal regulations strongly preferred.
- A background in digital print, mailing, and distribution is highly desired. A background in a manufacturing environment can translate well.
- Education:HSD or GED
- Shift timing: 7:00AM – 3:30PM EST No OT
- Work week: Monday - Friday
