    Mail Order Seasonal Associate
     
     
    The Mail Order Department at Dorothy Lane Market delivers great food experiences by shipping gourmet food and gifts nationwide. In preparation for the holiday shopping season, we are looking to add seasonal staff members to help with order fulfilment. Openings are available beginning late November through December 23. We have first and 2nd shift openings Monday through Friday and 1st shift openings available on Saturdays and Sundays.  We are also seeking a couple of part-time 1st shift positions from late October to December 23. 
     
    Possible duties for this position include: 
    • Runners responsible for refilling product from other areas 
    • Pickers responsible for gathering items for packing 
    • Packers responsible for packaging gifts with care 
    • Food handling and prep for packaging 
    • Cleaning and organizing the mail order room and backstock areas 
    • Taking out cardboard and trash

    Qualifications:
    • A willingness to practice the DLM Team Values: Be Honest, Safe, Helpful, and Hard-Working
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Attention to detail
    • 18 years or older preferred
    Physical Requirements:
    • Standing for long periods of time.
    • Lifting up to 50lbs.
    • Must have some availability 12/3 – 12/23 including some weekends.
