Mail Services Associate Boise, ID (onsite) 12+ Months Mon-Fri, 8:00am 5:00pm Job Overview: The Mailroom Associate supports daily mail and package operations by sorting, receiving, and delivering items across the facility. This role requires someone comfortable with repetitive tasks, extended periods of standing and walking, and handling physical workloads. A positive, energetic attitude and strong attention to detail are essential for success in this position. Job Responsibilities: Sort and distribute incoming mail efficiently. Receive, process, and deliver packages to appropriate departments or individuals. Organize and slot store signage accurately. Assist with general mailroom and package handling operations. Push carts loaded with packages across the facility. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all mail and packages. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while performing repetitive tasks. Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours). Frequent walking between departments or buildings. Capable of lifting and moving items up to 5055 lbs. Perform repetitive tasks including bending, reaching, and stretching. Ability to push or pull carts loaded with packages. Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required. Prior experience in mailroom, copy services, or related field preferred. Strong customer service skills. Good organizational and time management abilities. Office setting with standard lighting, ventilation, and noise levels. Diverse daily work assignments.
