Position Summary
The Mail Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of mailroom operations for the assigned building or campus. This role ensures efficient mail processing, office support services, and administrative operations while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily mailroom operations and related services.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including:
- Printing
- Sorting
- Stuffing mail
- Coordinate and perform conference room resets.
- Monitor office supply inventory and replenish supplies as needed.
- Maintain an organized and efficient mailroom environment.
- Provide administrative support and complete additional tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage mailroom operations and support office services.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
