Rate Range: $18-$20/Hr



Job Description:
  • The Mailroom Clerk position is responsible for helping in various areas of the Epiq Systems Mail Center including handwork, fanning, quality check and sorting responsibilities.
  • Quality results driven with an eye for detail in a fast paced, high volume work environment is the ideal incumbent for this role.
  • This is a very physical role, candidate will be on their feet in the entire shift and lifting up to 25 lbs.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for emailing, faxing, printing and scanning the documents.
  • Responsible for managing administrative task
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic understanding of US Government Client Regulations
  • Results driven with high attention to detail
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
  • Must be able to sit or stand on your feet all day and be able to bend, turn, twist and lift.
  • Must be able to understand English and follow operator instructions.
  • Must be able to communicate in English.
Physical Demands:
  • Position requires significant manual labor [including lifting up to 30 lbs].
  • Position does require frequent standing, sitting, carrying and walking.
  • Position requires moderate lifting, repetitive bending and/or moving.
  • Position requires close vision, distant vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
  • Position requires talking and listening to communications with clients and/or employees.
Top Required Skills:
  • Postal Metering experience.
  • Attention to detail
  • Fast paced, physically demanding position
  • Standing required for full shift
  • Able to lift 25 lbs
  • Good Attendance
