Mailroom Associate

• As a Mail Services Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring important mail and packages reach the right people at the right time.

• Sorting, processing, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Performing scheduled mail pickups and deliveries throughout the campus.
• Operating a company vehicle to transport mail and packages safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate handling and tracking of mail items.
• Providing professional, friendly customer service to employees and departments.
• Assisting with shipping, receiving, and other mailroom-related duties as needed.
• Supporting a smooth and organized flow of communication across the facility.

• Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily routes effectively.
• Comfortable walking, standing, and moving throughout a large manufacturing campus.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Prior mailroom, delivery, logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

• Monday – Friday.
• 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
• 1-hour lunch break.
