The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing requirements, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting enterprise mainframe applications. The role requires strong technical expertise in mainframe technologies, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in both enhancement projects and production support environments.

Required Skills:
5-8 years of hands on experience in Mainframe application development and support.
Strong expertise in: COBOL/JCL/VSAM/DB2/CICS/NATURAL
Experience with Mainframe development and support tools:
ISPW/File Aid/CA7/Expeditor
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible to work in both application enhancement and production support activities.
Self motivated with a passion for continuous learning and adopting new technologies.
Positive attitude with strong ownership and accountability.
Good to have:
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Exposure to DevOps practices and modern software delivery methodologies is a plus.
Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or enterprise application domains is desirable.
