Play key role in Mainframe Platform Transformation: The Mainframe Integration Engineering Team is responsible for the oversite, improvement and optimization of our Wealth Management Mainframe Plant.
Our main services include; Performance & Analysis, Batch & Middleware Engineering, Test Data Management, Mainframe Infra Release oversight and planning, Application Release management L3 support, Standards and Compliance.
Position Description:
Incident management
Identify patterns for proactive prevention
Enable / assist in RCA
Tooling to support in prod and lower environments
Developer Automated problem identification
Proactive bridge support
Incident and Problem Management in collaboration of TOQEer Mainframe Usage/Capacity Analysis
Automating Problem identification via Dashboards for known patterns with quick drill downs to identify culprits
Shift left to incident MGT for Dashboard monitoring
