Hiring: Mainline Service Technician

• Pay: $39.00 - $68.00 Flat Rate
• Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain BMW vehicles according to manufacturer standards.
• Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, drivetrain, and diagnostic repairs.
• Use BMW diagnostic equipment and repair procedures to resolve vehicle concerns.
• Complete repair orders while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations with service advisors and management.
• Stay current on BMW technologies, repair procedures, and manufacturer training.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ year of previous automotive technician experience.
• We prefer BMW experience, although we also consider strong diagnostic and repair experience with other manufacturers.
• Technical competency and troubleshooting abilities.
• Take pride in delivering accurate, efficient, and quality-focused work.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and commitments.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $39.00 - $68.00.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
