Job SummaryThis position performs general facilities maintenance duties required for the Milford facilities. The deliverable is a safe and high quality working environment for Milford employees.Essential Functions
Ability to work overtime hours as needed on breakdowns and project work.
Ability to communicate in a positive way with a variety of personnel (management, office, contractors, factory, etc.)
Responsible for maintaining a high safety standard throughout the plant (preventative and predictive maintenance, repairs and improvements)
Ability to learn and start applying the principles of troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, security, building structures, etc.
Ability to learn and perform the following processes: Welding, Office setup, electrical wiring, water supply / drain maintenance, HVAC troubleshooting, lock and security system maintenance, lighting maintenance. roof repair, painting, carpentry, Etc.
