Pay rate: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr on W2 without benefits + $2.00/hr Shift Differential
Shift: 3:30PM - 2:00AM - Monday - Friday, weekends when required

Summary:
Operates and maintains equipment used to apply Monel protective coatings to equipment, ensuring high-quality corrosion-resistant finishes.

Responsibilities include surface preparation, coating application, inspection, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Collaborates with production teams to meet specifications, troubleshoot issues, and maintain efficient workflow in a manufacturing environmen

• Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.* Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.
• Comply with and respective division TLM standards.
• Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.
• Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
