BNE Real Estate Group is hiring a Maintenanace Associate to support day-to-day building operations at The Piermont, our newest lease-up in Bergen County. This role supports the community by maintaining operations, delivering responsive resident services, and contributing as an adaptable, flexible, and eager team player.Key responsibilities include completing service requests; performing routine repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC basics, doors/locks, painting and make-readies); conducting daily property walks and documenting issues; supporting preventive maintenance; tracking supplies/inventory; assisting with snow removal/landscaping as needed; and participating in a rotating on-call schedule.Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm; rotated on-call hours are required for emergencies Required qualifications/skills:- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years in property management maintenance or related field- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar work order software- Valid New Jersey Driver's License; strong verbal and customer service skills- Organized, detail-oriented, able to work with minimal supervision- Able to work overtime as needed and in hot/cold/dusty/loud environments; reliable attendanceApply to join a professional, high-standard team focused on quality and integrity.
