Crunch Fitness is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Overnight Maintenance & Cleaning Team Member to help keep our club clean, safe, organized, and ready for members each day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Clean and maintain workout areas, locker rooms, restrooms, showers, common areas, offices, and other assigned spaces.

Sanitize high-touch surfaces and maintain the cleanliness of fitness equipment.

Empty trash, restock supplies, and maintain assigned interior and exterior areas.

Complete scheduled cleaning and maintenance tasks and ensure the club is ready for members each morning.

Identify and report maintenance, safety, equipment, or facility concerns to management.

Safely use cleaning products, tools, and equipment according to company procedures.

Follow overnight, safety, security, emergency, and facility procedures.

Assist members and guests when needed and maintain a friendly, professional attitude.

Complete required checklists and assist with special cleaning, maintenance, or facility projects as assigned.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Dependable, responsible, and punctual

Ability to work independently with limited supervision

Good time-management and organizational skills

Positive, professional attitude

Previous cleaning, janitorial, maintenance, or facility experience preferred, but not required

Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting/moving supplies and equipment

Basic English communication skills sufficient to understand work and safety instructions

SCHEDULE

Overnight

Primarily overnight hours; specific schedule determined by club management. Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
