Crunch Fitness is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Overnight Maintenance & Cleaning Team Member to help keep our club clean, safe, organized, and ready for members each day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Clean and maintain workout areas, locker rooms, restrooms, showers, common areas, offices, and other assigned spaces.
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces and maintain the cleanliness of fitness equipment.
- Empty trash, restock supplies, and maintain assigned interior and exterior areas.
- Complete scheduled cleaning and maintenance tasks and ensure the club is ready for members each morning.
- Identify and report maintenance, safety, equipment, or facility concerns to management.
- Safely use cleaning products, tools, and equipment according to company procedures.
- Follow overnight, safety, security, emergency, and facility procedures.
- Assist members and guests when needed and maintain a friendly, professional attitude.
- Complete required checklists and assist with special cleaning, maintenance, or facility projects as assigned.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Good time-management and organizational skills
- Positive, professional attitude
- Previous cleaning, janitorial, maintenance, or facility experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting/moving supplies and equipment
- Basic English communication skills sufficient to understand work and safety instructions
SCHEDULE
Overnight
Primarily overnight hours; specific schedule determined by club management. Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
