Maintenance Coordinator

We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an integral leader in our maintenance operations. Eligible participants must hold U.S. citizenship, a Green Card, or a compatible work status without current or future sponsorship requirements. Our ideal candidate is well-versed in the corrugate industry, particularly with converting machinery such as BHS, and has over two years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership capacity.

Required expertise includes extensive work within facilities specializing in paper-to-box conversion, along with a solid foundation in electrical systems, PLC programming, and mechanical and pneumatic equipment.

On a daily basis, this role involves collaborating with the Maintenance Manager to drive departmental goals and key performance indicators forward. You will manage inventories, uphold budgetary guidelines, and ensure the department’s resource needs are consistently met. Furthermore, your leadership skills will be key in conducting training sessions aimed at enhancing safety, reducing plant downtime, and optimizing machinery operation. Administrative support involving schedule coordination, conducting shift meetings, and assisting with managerial tasks will also be your responsibility.
