  • Research and source replacement parts, evaluate suppliers, compare pricing, and expedite deliveries to support maintenance and production needs.
  • Support ISO compliance by maintaining calibration and certification records for maintenance and designated plant testing equipment.
  • Monitor maintenance spending and assist in managing the department's MRO budget.
  • Generate reports and performance metrics to track maintenance labor, inventory control, equipment reliability, and other key performance indicators.
  • Partner with maintenance and production teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that improve equipment reliability, maintenance efficiency, and overall plant performance.
  • Support plant-wide process improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

  • Experience managing MRO inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and database systems.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
