Hours 6am - 6pm
Pay Rate: $32.36/Hr.
EDUCATION: Maintenance Dispatcher

High School or GED
Experience with Microsoft office and computerized maintenance management systems.
One year data base work experience.
Excellent writing skills including good grammar, spelling and punctuation.
Deadline and detailed oriented with strong communication skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Maintenance Dispatcher As a maintenance dispatcher, you will receive phone calls and gather information from requestors, then perform data entry into Maximo (CMMS). You will call the necessary technician to go and work on the maintenance issue. SKILLS PREFERRED: Maintenance Dispatcher

Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair crafts used such as electrical, instrument, electronic, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, to create service call requests in the computer database

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: Maintenance Dispatcher

3+ years of experience with scheduling and 2+ years of experience with a maintenance management system.
