Indotronix is seeking an :

Onsite Job: Maintenance Dispatcher

Work Location: Radford, VA

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Shift: 0600 to 1800

Estimated Regular Hours/Week: 44.00

Work Schedule: 4/40

Position Description

This position is for LOA coverage and is temporary. As a maintenance dispatcher, you will receive phone calls and gather information from requestors, then perform data entry into Maximo (CMMS). You will call the necessary technician to go and work on the maintenance issue.

Skills Required

• One year of database work experience.

• Excellent writing skills, including good grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

• Deadline- and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

Skills Preferred

• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair crafts such as electrical, instrument, electronic, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical, to create service call requests in the computer database.

Experience Required

• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems.

Experience Preferred

• 3+ years of experience with scheduling and 2+ years of experience with a maintenance management system.

Education Required

• High School diploma or GED.
