The Maintenance Engineering is responsible for completing preventative maintenance tasks throughout the hotel.
HOW YOU’LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE
Perform preventive maintenance in guestrooms, following task checklists provided by the property.
Perform preventive maintenance on building equipment. Including but not limited to guestrooms, corridors, meeting space, restrooms, public space and building exterior.
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment. Clean coils, replace drive belts and air filters.
Perform routine maintenance on kitchen equipment, refrigerators, ovens, fryers, and ice machines.
Perform routine maintenance on commercial laundry equipment.
Respond to guest calls and work orders.
Other duties as assigned.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
HS Diploma or equivalent, schooling in a trade school is a plus.
