Join the Maintenance & Facilities Team at Chick-fil-A Ironwood & Ocotillo. This role is responsible for keeping our restaurant clean, safe, well-maintained, and ready to operate at its best every day.

You'll work alongside a small team during evening and overnight hours, with a focus on deep cleaning, floor care, preventative maintenance, equipment care, and basic facility repairs.

What You'll Do

Deep Cleaning & Floor Care

• Deep clean floors, restrooms, kitchen areas, storage spaces, and other areas of the restaurant
• Operate commercial floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment
• Detail drains, baseboards, corners, and hard-to-reach areas
• Follow proper sanitation, food safety, and chemical-handling procedures
• Take pride in leaving the restaurant clean, safe, and ready for the next day

Maintenance & Equipment Care

• Perform routine inspections of restaurant equipment and facility areas
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot minor equipment and facility issues
• Perform basic repairs when appropriate
• Replace light bulbs, tighten fixtures, and address general maintenance needs
• Identify larger repair needs and communicate them to restaurant leadership
• Help keep equipment operating safely and reliably

Facility Support

• Complete maintenance and cleaning checklists
• Identify potential problems before they become larger repairs
• Maintain an organized, safe, and well-cared-for facility
• Assist with coordinating specialized repairs when outside service is needed

What We're Looking For

• Dependable, consistent, and self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
• Willing to learn and take ownership of responsibilities
• Comfortable performing hands-on, physical work
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and bend, kneel, reach, and stand for extended periods
• Available for a consistent evening/overnight schedule, typically 9:00 PM-3:00 AM, up to 6 nights per week
• Committed to high standards for cleanliness, safety, and organization

Experience Is a Plus

Previous experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, restaurant maintenance, facilities maintenance, construction, or other hands-on work is preferred.

Experience with commercial floor equipment, hand and power tools, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, or commercial kitchen equipment is also a plus.

Certifications are not required. Paid training is provided, and we're looking for people who are dependable, willing to learn, and take pride in doing quality work.
