Maintenance Helper

Maintenance Helper Associates needed to assist maintenance manager.Job Duties Include but not limited to:CleaningSandingPaintingAssisting techniciansNo power tools, only manual usage General rules: No smoking on the properties  Hours are from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday with the possibility of OT.  One hour, non-paid, lunch.  Supervisor notification required for any deviation.Associate is not to enter a unit either occupied or not, without a staff member.No obscene/foul language - Conduct yourself in a professional mannerMaintenance dress code is relaxed.  Jeans/shorts, T-shirts, tennis shoes, and hats are acceptable as long as it is appropriate for work and non-offensive.  No muscle shirts allowed. Location: Danville, VA 24541Hours: 8am – 5pm (with a 1-hour non-paid lunch)Compensation: $16/hour
