Job Description

As a Maintenance Helper, you will assist with daily maintenance activities, basic repairs, and general facility upkeep to ensure a clean, safe, and functional working environment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in completing tasks efficiently, and is eager to develop practical maintenance and technical skills while collaborating with a professional team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance personnel with routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and general facility improvements.

• Perform basic maintenance tasks, including minor painting, fixture adjustments, and equipment upkeep.

• Inspect work areas and report maintenance issues or potential safety concerns.

• Help maintain clean, organized, and safe facilities, tools, and storage areas.

• Support the setup, movement, and organization of equipment, furniture, and supplies.

• Follow established safety procedures and company maintenance guidelines.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and assist with day-to-day operational needs.

• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of general maintenance practices and the safe use of common tools.
