Delivering Solutions that Matter:Lead daily housekeeping and maintenance operations, ensuring resident areas, common spaces, and work areas are clean, safe, and well maintained.Perform hands-on maintenance and technical workCoordinate and prioritize housekeeping and maintenance tasks, while providing guidance and support to team members to ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.Address safety or maintenance concerns promptly and help ensure the facility remains compliant with long-term care, health, and safety standards.May cover housekeeping and laundry duties during staff absences.Qualifications for Success:High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to perform physically demanding housekeeping/laundry duties as needed.Working knowledge of housekeeping and laundry operations, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care environment.
