Facilities Operations & Maintenance Perform facilities maintenance and repairs across the site Coordinate and monitor facilities-related work including external contractors Ensure timely completion and documentation of work orders and maintenance activities Support projects and site outages that impact site facilities Audit Readiness & Compliance
Assist with audit preparation, on-site support, and post-audit response for facilities-related findings
Support corrective and preventive actions to reduce repeat findings and facility-related deviations
Program & Vendor Management
Support Pest Control Program, ensuring program effectiveness and documentation
Oversee and support elevator and motorized door repairs, including vendor coordination and maintenance
Planning & Continuous Improvement
Participate in facilities impact assessments for projects, changes, or new installations
Support/conduct contractor training as needed
Partner with operations to schedule and perform corrective action
Required:
Minimum 1 year experience in facilities maintenance and repairs in an industrial environment / facility
Knowledge of facility systems and pharmaceutical preventive maintenance principles
Demonstrated experience working in a regulated, audit-intensive, or quality-driven environment
Proven ability to coordinate contractors to execute repairs
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred:
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing, or similarly regulated industry
Familiarity CMMS programs and work order systems (SAP, Hexagon)
Experience supporting pest control, elevator, or motorized door programs
Experience with audit preparation, support, and response
Experience with operating industrial lifts / fork trucks
