Schedule: Monday - Friday

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Spanaway. This role involves accurately processing outbound shipments within our transportation and supply chain environment, ensuring timely and correct delivery of products. The position requires hands-on tasks such as counting, labeling, scanning, wrapping, and banding products, all while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and process outbound loads with accuracy and care
• Identify and report issues using the Shipping Accuracy Report
• Follow customer-specific shipping instructions and pick ticket notes
• Count, label, scan, wrap, and band products and pallets
• Apply UCC128 and specialty labels as required
• Print and attach packing lists and load placards
• Report load discrepancies, damage, and safety concerns
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse equipment safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support special projects and perform other assigned duties

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• RF scanner experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and consistent, on-time attendance
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Strong communication skills (English reading/writing)
• Professional, self-motivated, and safety-conscious demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in transportation or supply chain operations
