Position: Groundskeeper / General Property Maintenance
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Groundskeeper to assist with maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of a property in Manteca. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing a variety of outdoor maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Pressure wash sidewalks, walkways, and exterior surfaces.
Pick up trash, debris, and litter throughout the property.
Maintain clean and organized outdoor areas.
Assist with landscaping duties, including weeding, trimming, and general yard maintenance.
Paint curbs and other designated exterior areas as needed.
Perform general exterior maintenance and property upkeep.
Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns.
Assist with additional property maintenance projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, or general maintenance experience preferred.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to perform physical labor, including bending, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
Experience using pressure washers, landscaping tools, and basic maintenance equipment is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
Willingness to assist with a variety of maintenance tasks.
